ABOUT US
Established in 1993, Fleetwood Sports and Rehab Physio Clinic is one of the longest running Physio Clinics in Surrey. Ever since, we’ve been dedicated to helping each of our patients with their rehabilitation needs, as well as working with other Health Care Professionals to offer comprehensive care to the Surrey Community. Since December 2002, we’ve been proud to be part of the Interdisciplinary Team at the Health First Medical Centre.
